Use OroCommerce ordering tools to find supplies, organize repeat purchases, request quotes, and submit orders for your store.
Build an order
Browse the catalog or use Quick Order when you already know the item numbers and quantities.
- Use Shopping Lists to save and reuse recurring supply selections.
- Review product units, quantities, and pricing before checkout.
- Use Open Orders to continue a checkout that has not been submitted.
Request a quote
OroCommerce provides a native request-for-quote workflow when quote features are enabled for the storefront.
- Create a request with products, quantities, target prices, and notes.
- Review submitted requests from the Requests page.
- Review customer-facing responses from the Quotes page.
Review purchasing activity
OroCommerce keeps customer-facing order history and available order details together for the account.
- Use Order History to review submitted orders.
- Use the native reorder action when the order and products remain eligible.
- Reference the order number when requesting support.
